Well, kosher also means no meat and milk. A really great way around this is a place in Skokie called Ken's Diner. He puts together a BayKen (made from twice cured pastrami) Double (Soy - cheddar tasting and melting) Cheeseburger with a (soy) MilkShake, and he's as kosher as it gets.
