Yes, it appears I indeed came late to the party. I withdraw my comments regarding your personality since I thought you were commenting on the article as it currently appears. I normally quote bits of an article when commenting on it since I've noticed the articles here can change. Since you're not banned, he

This seems to be a further attempt from Microsoft to be Android's Daddy. This is happening so nicely just after Google buys Motorola. Isn't there a statute of limitations for patent suing? Is MS suing Apple too, or receiving licensing, for having a CPU in the iPhone?

After Apple bought the processor plant a few years ago [gizmodo.com] I thought they'd be yielding more fruit that just the A4 and A5. Can you do a piece on what they're actually getting out of that deal?

I'm not sure if your comment will get you banned or not, but in the event that it doesn't, you sir, and not Mr. Loftus, are deserving of your name calling. I'm all for free software and appreciate the use of it, but it cannot be expected of everyone to donate their work. As a result I also purchase software instead

I really enjoy using free software. I don't think that everyone who charges for their software is doing something wrong, though. R&D isn't free unless you're volunteering. To expect that of someone or of a business is a little too close to chaos.

That's a refreshing article about a condemned group!

According to the poll results above, 6,345 (at the time I'm commenting) have already decided to buy the new phone - over a million dollars to Apple just on this site!

Sept. 16 in the video is shown as a Wednesday. As such, it couldn't have been 2011. It occurs as a Wednesday in 2015, 2009, 1998. It wouldn't be fitting for Apple to miss a detail like that, so my guess is that they're about 2 years late! But then wait - the deforestation video shows information from 2010... so

"But seriously, why does Japan always get the cool shit first?" - well, recently they've also gotten the tidal waves, earthquakes, and nuclear meltdown...

they apparently corrected it

I don't know why this should be an antitrust case. Apple still has no real competition, and this might be the closest thing other than Microsoft to take a stab.

Wikipedia includes this quote about how dangerous it was for him: They told me they’d shoot me. At one, I managed to shake off the people keeping us away, ran up some stairs to a rooftop and looked down to see thousands of fins, drying on rooftops for as far as the eye could see. When I got back downstairs, they

Actually this speaks of the depravity of only a few, and more of the virtues of humanity which, thank G-d, never cease to amaze.

This is looking more and more impressive with every new video. To imagine that it will also be available on my laptop makes it all the more awesome. I wonder if it launches a web browser for Gmail or integrates Gmail and Google Calendar with the apps on the device.
