So you want a Volt, but in a heavier (even more-so when all the batteries are in), less aerodynamic body, with more range and a lower price?

Happy Birthday!

It’s not a fee to sympathize with. It’s there because when they physically put the bag on the airplane, an extra guy has to be there because OSHA has a regulation about it

To determine that the car was being tested by the EPA, the VW’s ECU was instructed to check a number of sensors and inputs, including...

I remember reading somewhere that it is actually due to OSHA regulation. Anything over 50 lbs requires 2 people or something like that

I don’t see a problem with this. It is basic supply and demand economics

While it sucks, it makes sense. In your analogy, they can just put the 6-pack back in the fridge and wait for someone else to buy it. The airline now has an empty seat (a.k.a. lost profit) that they would have been able to sell to someone else (probably) if you hadn’t had it reserved for the past 3 months

If all you are doing is towing and hauling, maybe not. But on jobsites there are laptops and paperwork and other associated stuff that could go there and be kept in the extra cubby holes. Also, bench front seat on the non-luxury models

Did the current SD have a console shifter option? That just seems like a waste of space, especially in the one class of vehicle that is most likely to be used for real work

Abarth seems like a fun runabout and it gets relatively good mileage

Did you miss the last paragraph of the article? It sums up your issue

I don’t know if it is the colors or because the icons are so big, but this looks like a kid’s educational tablet and does not match the (rather nice, IMO) interior

If you aren’t #blessed enough to own a German car where the interior reeks of that weird crayon-like smell

I don’t think that was this specific scene, but yeah, that does happen

Your picture there is a concept from like 2004. The Bronco is currently a (well founded) rumor

I believe anything above the headlights needs to be covered when on road. My old mechanic used to make me cover my bumper mounted lights for inspection just in case he got audited by PennDOT
