Careful. Unisom has two different formulations. One is diphenhydramine, but the other is doxylamine. The drug in Bendectin/Diceglas is doxylamine.
7+ years marriage, and kids (after marriage). Huzzah hookups!
Well, perhaps as noted the example might not be the best. But I was referencing the images in this article (sorry, didn't click through to the source article). In particular, the Edith Head/Dior example seemed pretty weak. Yes, referential with similar stylistic details. Slavishly copied? Definitely not.
Wait, they're going to call people on *referencing* prior fashion designs? Are they trying to single-handedly shut down the industry? Isn't that the point of a large swath of design, to take old ideas and update them in the designer's 'unique' way?
I think to a large extent it's b/c the only way Asian heritage actors end up breaking in is by getting type-cast roles...which ends up boxing them in to similar roles. I think many actors/actresses have the same problem with their careers—the difference being that for most Asians, those are the ONLY career options in…
This. I read his letter, I didn't see anything wrong with it. I do NOT believe it's useful to start picking my battles based on the motivations of people fighting the same fight. It's a foolish idealism that is counterproductive and leads to greater division. I don't care if his secret wish is for a puritanical…
I agree, that sounds TERRIBLE. Peeps alone are difficult to stomach, I can't imagine a vodka which is infused with them. If I must drink an infused vodka, give me a simple fruit or something any day.
In our system, that can't happen in case of an acquittal. A higher court could order a retrial after a guilty verdict, but not after a not-guilty. That would be double-jeopardy, no matter what technical mistakes existed in the trial resulting in a not-guilty verdict.
River Oaks? Or North Shore?
Pride. The prosecutor is too proud.
Beautiful.
Look, I know, I know, standardized tests are bad, in a lot of ways. And using a test which isn't designed for the purpose as a benchmark for graduation sounds like a bad idea.
Why not? If we, the people, wrongly try someone for a crime they didn't commit, why shouldn't we bear the cost (up to some reasonable threshold, let's say) of that failed prosecution? As the GP noted, it can take years for the accused to work through to getting an innocent verdict, and cost can be huge. And, then,…
Abso-fucking-lutely. I was shocked when I opened this article and it wasn't Meg Ryan, Meg Ryan, and Meg Ryan as the choices.
Yeah, it's a fantastic film. I do think, though, that by 'contemporary' they mean setting, wasn't sure if you were bringing it up based on that wording or not. It was my first thought too (probably b/c as soon as I hear the title, I think of that film).
I am ever so grateful that my parents divorced when I was 5. I remember the yelling and the fights, and it was not pretty, it was scary. I'm very certain that if it had continued, scary would have turned to damaging. Both of my parents are great in their own ways, and they both had no business being in a…
Hahahahahaha...! :)
That was my first thought as well. If someone claims to be performing miracles, you have to at least consider if there's a less miraculous way to achieve the same result....
Well, that was certainly the thought that occurred to me thinking about doing this. I am a healthy size 14 mens, and I don't think I've met, much less had a relationship with, any woman even close to that. I'd have to really hope she was wearing flip-flops.
