I watched the Hitchcock version on Netflix and then watched the Masterpiece Mystery version. While Hitchcock's is better in almost every way, it took forever to get started! What was up with all the shenanegens at the hotel before the train ride? A lot of it ended up being totally irrelevant or drawn out.
