I think the blame for this move should be squarely on the shoulders of the Knicks. Not only did they fuck over the player they agreed to pay more, but then they negotiated with a player that already made a verbal commitment to another team.

The problem is that Butler thinks that he is Kawhi without the rings. This is 100000% not true.

They can't keep Winslow and Bam if they trade for Russ.

It is weird, as it seems that it is only the OKC and Houston owners that have a problem with it. Arguably, OKC’s cheapness cost them multiple championships as them giving Harden away had to have an effect on Durant and his decision to leave.

A few things:

Russ is asking out.

My guess is that LeBron will play the 1, and maybe they have Rondo play the 2 that way they can have their best 3 players on the court at the same time. But yea, this is a 50 win team.

His profile has been raised to the upper echelon since leaving SA. Whether it is his catch phrase, his laugh, or him beating the world devouring Warriors, people that are casually aware of the NBA now know who he is and he about to play in the country's second largest media market. His finances are fine without you

What I love about this, is that the PG part came out of no where, so none of the talking heads that took guesses and pretended they were sourced can claim victory.

But even to your LeBron point, Kuzma is naturally a 4 and AD thinks he is a 4. Despite that, I don’t think they will have a problem with floor spacing or division of roles.

I have lived through plenty of earthquakes but last night was pretty bad because they would not stop.

I don't think that seems to matter much to teams anymore. Kawhi and LeBron play the same position, no one cared. Embiid and Horford play the same position. Harden and Paul play the same position. SGA and Russ play the same position. Smart and Kemba play the same position. Curry and Russell play the same position.

No, you got it wrong, you are supposed to concern troll the Lakers.

Oh man, tickets are going to be so expensive now, but I haven't ever been this excited for a Clippers season

Hey, I found this world independent of this post and loved it!

Maybe currently, but I would be surprised if one day in the future, Kawhi’s number isn’t retired in Toronto for his one year of service.

Chris (and I mean this sincerely), thank you for being the only voice on the internet willing to question what a 7 footer coming off a career altering injury in what would have been, in the best of scenarios, the end of his prime will be. Yes, it sucks that a player of his stature went down in such shitty fashion but

Idk, this stinks to high heaven of a guy being rejected and then telling the woman that she is an ugly cow. More likely, the Knicks we're told by KD's camp that he wouldn't choose them, so, like the petulant child he is, Dolan tried to save face instead of taking the public failure.

Wow, your take that he was likely going to re-sign with the Warriors did not age well.

If Brooklyn’s “vibes” are correct, the franchise is on the doorstep of being catapulted into title-winning favorites."
