As someone who knows very little about the situation (outside of what I just read), it almost sounds like FF is being used to engineer LeEco’s tech then go bankrupt, leaving LeEco with the tech/IP and FF can just die off. I don’t believe that’s the case, but it sure does smell of a scheme.
