Yeah, I watched it the other week, actually. Very well done. I’ve always been a fan of Randi and the JREF (with their awesome million dollar challenge). Randi recently retired from the JREF and it looks like they are changing what the organization does (essentially, grant giving now).

Came here to say just this - The Amazing Randi is sure carrying on the tradition of debunking this kind of crap.

I love my G710+ - couple of features not mentioned:

It really does depend on where you are at - I recently moved, and in my previous residence I could pick up FOX and Univision, but nothing else. Since moving across town, I can now get Fox, NBC, ABC, CBS and The CW. I actually just busted it out last night to catch MNF.

I actually just let my old Cambriage SoundWorks* speakers go. They were still working, although their plugs had been replaced/re-soldered numerous times. Talk about a workhorse.

Agreed - I had a Gateway 2000*, can barely recall the statistics, but it was a Pentium 166. That thing was a great rig.

Bigger hand is probably better, as it is pretty fat. I’d say it’s more about the size of you thumb - my biggest issue has been hitting multiple buttons at the same time. I personally tried mine out at best buy (they had a floor model) so I knew it fit in my hand.

I have the Logitech G600 - Might be nice for video editing, although there is a bit of a learning curve on hitting the button you want. I still hit the wrong button constantly, as they are packed in there pretty tight.

I had one of those, or at least one that was very similar, that I purchased a few years ago. I recently moved and I totally forgot to snag it before I moved. Since my new place has a super-cheap POS, I’m thinking of buying yet another.

Reminds me, I need to bust out the Leaf I have. My previous residence I could get all of 1 channel, quite poorly, and only when in the middle of my room.

My employer recently went from having a company plan (on VZW) to having us all have our own plans and expensing them. They allot me $100/mo to expense. So I went to T-mobile doing Jump-on-demand, got a nice phone and 2 lines (for my SO) for just barley over the my $100 allotment. My SO is paying the differnce (she

I bought a DC17 refurb from newegg (for about the same, $193 shipped)- Never thought I’d be so stoked off a vacuum, but man is that a nice piece of equipment.

Yeah they “look” nice, but once you actually put one on, you find they are trash. I prefer my Citizen Eco drive any day of the week.

Ohh Invicta, anyone who pays MSRP for one of your watches is... I picked up a “$800” watch at Costco for $80. And that’s about standard.
