Now that Rand Paul dropped out anyway.
Now that Rand Paul dropped out anyway.
Yeah as I posted, I get a lot of random people saying "cheer up!" and "cmon man can't be that bad". It's not as odious as when a creepy dude patronizes a woman with it though so it's not worth much mention.
Young people in general seem extremely infantile to me these days. It's probably always seemed that way but I keep hearing about guys in their early 20s with no interest in having sex or driving, or having an adult life whatsoever.
Yeah no offense to you directly, you sound like a goodhearted person who only means to help. I just feel like it's a tough world if you're a depressed or angry person, you start to feel like kind of a pariah.
That was more directed at the world at large, not you specifically btw.
Wild guess that you aren't from the Northeast.
Oof, damn, that doubles down on the creeper factor. It's bad enough when you get the slimeball trying to be smooth in a regular setting, now you gotta deal with a guy getting close and talking directly into your ear. I apologize for the lessers of my gender, that sounds horrofy
What indicates that it's a large contingent of Meltzer reading workrate purists that are doing that annoying chant? Don't use the word "smark" if you don't know what it means.
People should just stop telling other people to smile, period. My mood is not your business. I'm at least lucky enough to be a guy and not have the creeper element but seriously. Fuck off before I make you Chelsea smile, asshole.
How is "What?" a smark thing? Clearly you weren't on smark sites in 02 when everyone was calling for Austin's head over that annoying chant. Being an obnoxious crowd doesn't equal smark.
It's really weird because you always used to hear reports of Vince like wrestling around with the boys backstage. Apparently Titus just ain't cool like that with Vince. Sucks but maybe he'll dig out of it. Big homie needs to be a commentator eventually.
Bubbas style sense has always pissed me off. That half camo t-shirt thing is just weird, he used to look stupid with his Mohawk with a bald spot dug right out of it and disconnected sideburns. Or his old bowling shirt with teeny short shorts, or his old basketball jersey under leather vest look. Dude can't dress.
Not college professor bangs of legal age student though. And a TA at that. It'd be a minor story in most cases.
That's the modern influence of "LOLrandom" Adult Swim type comedy.
I'd rather have asparagus than mango. I also liked this episode and think that Monorail is overrated.
Indeed but it's not ponderous or meandering in the more enjoyable way The Corrections or Freedom were. Truthfully Corrections would be hard to translate as it's mostly interior feelings and mood. But Purity is just plotless so far, just vignettes that point toward a way-too-convenient convergence.
…..and how did you come to this conclusion, never having read it?
Angelico and Ivelisse on Lucha Underground.
I'm maybe 2/3 of the way through this book now and I can't for the life of me figure as to why this would warrant an adaptation. It's ponderous, meandering, stilted, and just not extremely interesting. Really, we've never managed to adapt The Corrections but this is getting done? Even Freedom would have been better.
The style was more redolent of what was happening down there than of the rest of the Gilman scene imo.
