How has anything I said illustrated that that I know little of the Sony hack?
Sony notified users through email and the PlayStation Blog. I've yet to receive any email from Steam and wouldn't even know about this had it not been on the front page of Reddit. I'd say, at least right now, Valve is handling announcing this worse than how Sony did.
So... No one seems mad at Valve about this attack, but during the Sony scandal you couldn't convince majority of the people that Sony wasn't 100% at fault for the hack? And I remember a lot of people going around talking about how LIVE and Steam would never have the same thing happen to them. Hilarious.
It does suck. =\ What's worse is that I was talking with a family friend who works in the admissions office at State and she said I would have been accepted had I decided to put on my application Undeclared. I then could have declared later to a CS major no problem. <.<
I'm not a big fan of the map sizes/structure either. But you have to hand to them, everything else is balanced pretty well. I have yet to see anything cheap happen and the guns, with the exception of the Type 95, all feel really balanced. Hopefully future map packs will feature a lot more open spaces and fewer paths.…
Yeah, I know they're targeting middle-school kids, but if they're turning away people who did just slightly lower than what they want (and it's not like my math score was bad at all) and then complaining that they're seeing less interest in those fields then it's sort of their own fault. I'm not saying let everyone…
They're doing this to get more CS majors? They denied me for their CS program because my SAT math score was just slightly lower than what they wanted and now they're upset that they're not training enough students in fields like this. If they would have accepted me they would have one more student trying 10x as hard…
There's a press embargo until 12am PST 11/08/2011. Nobody can push out their reviews until it's lifted tomorrow.
I've always been happy when sequels are released 2-3 years after release. 2 years for the more cinematic, linear story games (i.e. Uncharted) and 3 years for your bigger/open, longer games (i.e. Assassin's Creed). I also hate that Final Fantasy takes forever long to release a game.
There's a press embargo on the game until 12am PST 11/08/2011. I'm sure the reviews are all ready and done and just waiting for the ban to lift to publish them. You should see a lot start popping up throughout the day.
Your best bet would to be look at Best Buy. They always seem to have more of the limited-type edition of games and I regularly see them in stock on the shelves every time I go into one.
I'm a college student and the last fruit I ate was yesterday with my daily apple. Way to be a dumbass and generalize a group of people.
Didn't say they have it easy, just saying that it wasn't necessarily easy for him to lose the weight just because he has money. Unless he had surgery to remove the fat (he didn't), money doesn't buy weight loss and there's still a lot of effort to put into it, especially with the size Jonah Hill used to be. Just…
So, because he's rich, he doesn't have to worry about his acting job, his family life, and the effort he has to put in to getting ready for roles and thus his ability to lose weight is sooooo much easier? And it's hardly expensive to eat healthy. My family's food bill dropped $50 when I convinced them to start…
I'm pretty sure he thinned out because of movie roles and just kept it....
That army has orders to make sure Drake doesn't get to Ubar and to take him out whenever the opportunity rieses. Not to mention they regularly chase down Drake.
"But often, there are simply too many enemies for a given space."
I think the major problem right now with everyone is the readjustment of conferences. But there's also the long standing issue that the BCS rankings are the most biased system in sports and the fact that the NCAA still refuses to pick up a play-off system instead of the money-grubbing Bowl system. Other than those…
That buyer has way too much money. There are plenty of other people on eBay selling it for $80.
