Well, by December 10th, those two games will be out and no doubt be contenders for a GotY award.
The difficulty is pretty high. And it's not really a challenging difficulty, but a frustrating one. Because of that, I don't think I will be making a second play through attempt on Insane difficulty like I did with Uncharted 2. I'll probably start up an easy one to run through and get all the trophies that don't…
Haha, I thought the same thing. When Drake fights the dudes in that abandoned town in the desert I was like, "Why in the hell are we even challenging this woman?!?! She sends a whole army with grenade launchers, shotguns, and fully autos and gives all of these men the best body armor in the business to stop one dude…
So, I finished Uncharted 3 last night. I don't know if it was just me, but it felt shorter than Uncharted 2, but that may be just because I sat down and decided to finish it in two sittings since I had the time. I really wish the combat was a lot better so that I can actually platinum this game, but I was overly…
What major difference is there between a 93 and a 95 that downgrades the game so much that it's worth complaining about?
I can't speak for Arkham City, but Uncharted isn't something I guess you should get asap unless you're planning on getting into the multiplayer. The single player is short (took me 8 hours) and not as good as Uncharted 2's combat sequences.
She used fear to control her enemies so, from my understanding, she was planning on using that stuff to make people go trippy. The stuff in Ubar's water was pretty much a stronger hallucinogenic agent that the stuff they already using that let them control Cutter and Drake earlier in the game. We saw the effects it…
The first 5 chapters aren't long out of a total of 22 chapters....
Okay, after playing Uncharted 3 for a couple hours last night, I can say that I enjoy the game, but they dropped the ball hard on the combat sequences. I thought Uncharted 2's were perfect for the type of game that it was and now it seems like they've completely fucked everything up.
The 360 was out a year before the PS3, which sold for a loss until a little after the first price drop was made. With one year less under it's belt, the PS3 has managed to bring itself to only 1.3 million less and has been bringing in profits for a good while now.
I'm pretty sure the companies and stock holders are still bothering about the numbers...
Those have to be the most ancient arguments regarding the console wars I have seen in a long time. It's like I just took a time machine back to 2009 when those arguments were popular and still irrelevant.
He just got done fighting the crowds of Black Friday probably. Not something that usually makes someone happy, especially after you've had 50 people attempt to push you over and trample you.
Which part of the series do you think they need to go back to? There's different eras in the FF series that have different ways of presenting itself and the way it plays. The old Nintendo FF's are pretty different than the PSOne games. When you say roots and mean those Nintendo games, then no, that's way over…
Does the video game class have to focus on a specific video game/series or is it the video game industry? If it's the latter, there's ton of information talking about stuff like violence in video games and what not that has scholarly info to back it up to write a good research paper on.
My guess, Rockstar got busy with GTA4, RDR, and helping with L.A. Noire. I doubt we would see a sequel this gen, but maybe we will get lucky next-gen.
lmfao, best thing I've read so far today.
The problem I see with that idea is that not all dev studios can afford the production costs to make sure their game runs 1080p at 60fps across two platforms, and even three if they want to put the game on the Wii U. It essentially cuts out the indie dev and some of those cheaper, but just as fun, games.
I don't play games that feature horror as a primary focus mainly because I don't enjoy the never ending tension those games present throughout the game. It just completely wears me out quick and I get tired of constantly having to expect something that will attempt to scare me. It's not fun and I try to avoid those…
