That’s an interesting way of thinking about it. To many it has meant that occupations traditionally held by women are undervalued and underpaid. OR that women are culturally discouraged from entering into higher paying fields. OR that occupations with higher salaries are historically much harder for women to break…

All this says is that women are more likely to have lower paying jobs than men. Still making less money. Could it be be... hmmmm... sexism? Not sure. Let me check my history books of the last 200 years. Yep. It says so right here.
