Agreed...and putting feelings against houseplants?!?! A real Sophie’s choice for this empath plant lover.

Very well put, exactly what I was trying to get across and definitely what everyone involved here and elsewhere online should read!

Or, you know... it could actually just be the game of the year, huh?

Yeah a low 80 score is not divisive or a split critical reception, no matter how hard people try to push that narrative lol

Appearance of impropriety is irrelevant if there’s no proven impropriety, especially with something as trivial as an advertisement award for a videogame. It’s not like we’re talking about our elected officials or something.

Lololol, this sub thread about Nicholas Sparks is making my day.

This is s very fair critique of the recap. I love Laurie, and I wanted to explore what bring her back at this juncture meant for her character and for the show. Next week I’ll focus more on what’s on the screen. Thanks for taking the time to read it.

As a huge ‘Watchmen’ fan, this episode was THE GREATEST. And yet I dislike the approach of this review. It leans way too much on prior knowledge of the comic instead of addressing what’s actually onscreen.

Damn, Jean Smart just came in and owned every scene like a total boss. Who knew this is where she would end up at this stage of her career?

Helluva performance from Jean Smart. Obviously, the thermos-sized blue sex toy is the best spot of comedy.

I’m pessimistic about the number of people who also feel that way, sad to say.

That actually looks pretty cool. My first thought was the thing in the sky looked like something Naaru, but I think it was supposed to be, like, an upside-down Icecrown. Shades of Castlevania’s inverted castle, I guess.

Others have already mentioned the absolutely fire line in this article, but let’s just go ahead and reinforce it: shit like this is why you’re one of the best, Schreier—and why Kotaku remains the force it is in a world of bland “stick to sprouts” coverage.

WeWork is just trying to follow their new “stick to esports” mandate

Luke,

How do you feel about your colleagues getting fired for speaking out and addressing viewer concerns?

I’m not a regular here, and I’m probably in the grey (I am)

I’m literally keeping you guys up in a tab all day because I intend to give you a click on every single article while you’re doing this. I can’t make the US gov’t fire Spanfeller and co. into the sun, but I can at least chime in here.

If you had a time machine, would you go back and kill Baby Internet?

Shit is getting real, isn’t it?
