Nathan, I feel you. I just moved from Oakland, CA to Cary, NC due to a work transfer within the video game industry. The cross country move was exhausting but once everything was done, I felt like I could breathe again.

Video games sure. The Elder Scrolls, no.
I know those things too, I don’t watch sports and I still disagree.
I just simply said I don’t think cultural awareness requires that you know what The Elder Scrolls is.
I don’t think cultural awareness requires that you know what The Elder Scrolls is. So many people don’t play games and wouldn’t have any idea.
I said “agencies” but I meant unions.
Is the implication here, Rich, that Bradley Cooper is somehow to blame or complicit for Peters’ past behaviors?
Man this comment is an example of something I wish I thought of. Enjoy your stars! :)
If people are going to treat streaming as a job they should consider all the usual things that entails and if you’re successful, paying for childcare/daycare should be factored into your budget. Also, setting a strict schedule and adhering to it is necessary. None of this “it took over my life” would even be a factor…
That is oversimplifying things because actors/directors don’t get their health insurance from the major studios. Most of them get it through their agencies or they get individual plans directly from the health insurance companies. I would know since I used to work for a major health insurance company with major…
I’m pretty sure Rich doesn’t read the comments on any of his posts so he’s unlikely to see that he made a spelling error. Or, at least if he does correct it, he won’t credit you with pointing him to the error. Heh
Well when the comedy is filtered through your dull sarcasm, you really did probably have to be there.
I completely agree. I feel like that final shot (and subsequent credit scenes) cheapened just about everything else shown before it. We wasted 7 hours to get to this? It was sloppy. I didn’t even have time to consider that the ending was actually surprising because I was just disappointed.
I was a little disappointed. This was a very lopsided episode and rushed despite how slow paced and methodical the entire series was up until this point. The post credits scenes were unnecessary in a “whoa you didn’t see this coming so let’s show you what this looks like” sort of way. It felt almost condescending.
Since it’s about Tom Cruise, it’s 100 percent believable if it’s bonkers. With anyone else, in the very least I’d have a mild skepticism.
I don’t think it’s doom and gloom for Sony is all I’m saying. Japan is a small market. PS4 is selling respectably. I doubt they’re on the edge of their seats facing bankruptcy over having a home console dude.
I mean I get they do prefer mobile devices but PS4 is still in a respectable #2 spot. The Switch can also be used as a home console as well. I know that Nintendo said about half of the people that play on Switch use it undocked. I wonder if those numbers include Japan. At any rate 3DS/2DS/Vita representation on the…
Sure thing. I still can have an opinion about it though and I think it’s pretentious AF. /shrug
I would like to frame your comment and put it on my wall.
So much use of “extraordinary” this and “ordinary” that. We don’t need an artful commentary; it’s just a review. It reminds me of how Todd VanDerWerff would write his reviews of Girls. He’d spend 2/3’s of his reviews ruminating on some BS anecdote before he’d even touch the actual reviews.
