You must not look at motorsport prices often because you pretty much can’t buy anything decent and new for under $8-10K average. That’s not a lot. Anything above 600cc is going to cost you $10K+ easily. If you stick to 250cc and under you might squeeze out two toys for the price of one.

I have doubts this thing will be off road ready until 2-3 years, or 2-3 recalls(which ever comes first), after release.

no one is saying stop all production. reduce reuse recycle. reducing is the hardest part because it leads to lost jobs(see:auto industry).

Unfortunately, sports leagues don’t care about role models, heroes, or villains. Sure they like them as profit earners, but taking a larger cut than the already provided slice of pie is a big no no. Case point; NCAA, UFC, USSF, and etc.
