wow.. your main complaint is that you are turned off by the front lower spoiler on the Limited? That’s a win in my book! :)
That was an unexpected take on this event.
if you need GAP I think you’re either buying the wrong car or getting the wrong financing.

wait, so he drove loaded like this from Dolbeau to Moncton? Without being pulled over? in the freezing cold? that’s 862 km if the ferry is still operating, but I don’t believe so. Otherwise it’s over 1000 km through Quebec City. That’s insane.
I went through this exact process over the weekend. I have a BMW X5 2003 4.4 with 170000 miles that needs a few maintenance items (winter tires, front suspension bushings, new headlights, etc). I decided to fix it and keep it longer, as I don’t drive much these days and I would rather “sacrifice” this one this winter…
Any scientific basis for that assumption? I have had a multitude of Audi and BMW and I don’t think Audi is better/worst. They have just been better at marketing with it with their old Rally series and exciting pictures than BMW.
you’re correct, I did not used the right term. I should have said “group”.
Sean,
Thanks for this great article and details.
Well I just bought an one-owner 2012 GTI 6 speed black on black 2 doors loaded with Autobahn package. I don’t know if the dieselgate fiasco helped but the price was so low I could not pass on it - about 1/3 of a new one. We’ll see how that goes.
Really curious about the offroad capabilities!
What about the older Audi TDI models like the 2012 A3? Don’t they have the same engine? How are those passing EPAs? Do they use AdBlue? Did I miss something obvious?
Just fyi - the C-Class with a manual until around 2010
