Adults are so dumb sometimes. I sorry your brother (and his questionable haircuts!) went through that. :/

Yeah, he’d been friends with these kids since kindergarten and suddenly in 8th grade they all turned on him, largely thanks to the manipulations of the new principal’s daughter. I mean, yeah, he has kind of a dark sense of humor and he’s an atheist, but that’d been his personality for as long as he’d known them and…
Woah, they forced the Jewish kid to convert? That's intense. Our Jewish boy they just tried to educate.
Whether my feelings were hurt or not is immaterial. I have accepted your apology, and now we’re done here.
It's a gift. *hair flip*
Your apology has been noted. But I would also ask you to please realize that ”because internet” is not a particularly valid excuse.
Sure, insult my family. That’s cool. No way I'd take offense at that or anything.
I wonder if the boy has been bullied in other ways. My brother had an issue at our Catholic school as the lone atheist (I'd thankfully already graduated) where his “friends” turned on him and made really ridiculous accusations against him, and the administration demanded that he see the school counselor or be…
My Catholic school was considered “diverse” because we had a black girl, 3 Germans (all brothers), a Jewish student, and a Latina. None of them lasted longer than a couple of years.

They've come in handy for us several times, like the time my father-in-law's car got dented in the parking lot overnight and the time my husband got backed into at a stoplight. If we ever go back to America I might consider just taking our…
OH MY GOD IS THIS A THING. Now I know where I’m dragging my college roommate next year.
We used to keep bread in the microwave for this reason, as we had a cat that just LOVED to eat the top off loaves of bread if you left it unattended.
It's the only kind of cheesecake in my family!
I have a bus story too!
This has been a thing for years in Korea. It especially bothers me when people do it to their toes because how do you wear socks and shoes?? (Answer: Open-toes or sandals. But what about when I just wanna wear sneakers?)
I love you for this.
First, I think this is THE longest single-page article I have ever read on my phone. That was painful.
Those are absolutely beautiful. If my husband didn’t hate them I’d totally adopt a few. :(
I read somewhere that he got so into the role that he actually did develop a bit of a stutter for a while, which he then had to fix.
