To be able to get up in court like that takes true courage, and I certainly do not blame the other women who decided not to take the stand. It shows (at least I hope) that the jury took all 13 women seriously, and that 5 more cases had enough

I don’t think that is the case. He was found guilty on more than 13 sexual assault related crimes. It could very well be that he was found guilty on at least one charge for every victim.

I wouldn’t necessarily read that much into it. I imagine the prosecution went ahead with that many charges to improve their chances of getting a conviction, and they knew some had a better chance of sticking than others because of lack of evidence or unreliable testimony (unreliable in the sense that it didn’t meet
