there's a big difference between legal and right. It seems we won't be able to meet on the middle on this one, so let's agree to disagree on the rest of it.

That seems like a needlessly callous response to a fairly reasonable grievance...
I wish more games offered direct peer-to-peer online games support (which would negate the need for services to be maintained)... hell, I can still play ANCIENT pc games with friends just by asking for their IP address, so why have such a…
*cough* emulators *cough*
As much as I'm disinterested in the console wars I do kinda like this. It's calling out their rival on a terrible policy that should be changed (much like with the game sharing thing at E32013) rather than directly insulting the product they've put out (which is less classy).
It's weird... the game was typically met with cynical raised eyebrows when I introduced it to my circle of friends, but after a few drinks and some youtube videos they become far more responsive to the idea, if only because it's almost certainly going to result in hilarious space mutinies.
I'll be having my first…
what about games like "Artemis: Starbridge Simulator"? Playing that online would be rubbish, it's all about having friends around you otherwise the game just falls apart.
Though admittedly, campaigns where your localised group of friends compete with other groups elsewhere in online space battles would rule...
I'll just leave this here...
The Horror... The Horror!
I hope there's a overweight, communist, jewish, black lesbian partner. Don't want to indoctrinate the kids into only seeing same-race, heterosexual relationships as the only acceptable norm... And just think of the accessories!
By the power of Greyskull, are you suggesting you didn't want to grow up ripped like He-man?!?
the universe is fundamentally purposeless and meaningless. Writing the greatest book in history, working hard at your job, solving world hunger, ascending to a state of godhood, fornicating with royalty, eating your own head - none of these offer any more a meaningful contribution to the void of sanity that is reality…
Oh right. Fair enough.
being an embedded feature, sometimes you have to click on stuff like this before they'll detect key inputs.
On most browsers, hitting space will act as a page-down shortcut. Clicking on the game (or youtube video, or whatever) will override this. click it, then try hitting space.
Still. As far as parody titles go, "Biocock Intimate" is a winner!
I still remember the fist time I heard the PSone referred to as the "Phoney Gaystation". Shot milk out of my nose.
Hidden & Dangerous
...Or as I called it; Silent but Deadly (because this game is like an elevator full of farts).
I don't think I've ever spent more than 10 minutes playing this woeful piece of crap without removing it from my console and lobbing the disc like a frisbee... or rather a boomerang, for no matter how hard I…
I'm pretty sure one of the circles of hell is reserved for people who dislike Farcry 2.
Write me a postcard when you get there!
I watched it last night on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the film. I don't think it's good as the original, but it's definitely not worth all the negative criticism it's been receiving...
Reminded me a little bit of the new Dredd movie (though, admittedly, it's not even in the same league as that masterpiece!).
Everyone who's rabidly awaiting the arrival of Dark Souls II knows that it's going to a nihilistic affair where they will die a lot. Nobody's fooling themselves. But, hey, this new trailer wants you to know all that painful trial-and-error builds character. It's even got some sunshine in it!
You're thinking too linearly. Pornography is often used as a metaphor for the fetishisation (another word that can be usefully perverted* from it's original definition (*And another)) of things outside of strictly erotic contexts.
You can refer to pretty much anything as pornographic when it's portrayed gratuitously,…
Regardless of the derision of your point throughout this thread, your observation is certainly not without merit.
