no way man, the dialogue was hilarious in Vanquish! one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much! It was like watching an over the top 80s action movie!

I didn't even realise the tactical advantage to flicking your cigarette until about half way through the game...

don't put it off for too long. I think I'd put vanquish in my top 10 games of all time from a gameplay standpoint, yet most people seem to have ignored it!

My thoughts exactly. I only occupied properly for about a month, and that was HARD. it rained constantly, nights were freezing, we were under constant harassment from violent yobs and provocateurs, often I'd go for days without sleep or food.

I've been playing this fairly frequently since just before Christmas- it's a fantastic game that gets better every time you replay it;

I don't believe I've ever heard a developer promise that their game will feature no bugs, I have my doubts that I ever will.

Bah, somebody just gimme a new Colony Wars game and I can die happy :P

the official ones are pretty decent to be fair, and not ridiculously pricey either. I've been using mine for about 2/3 years now and it's still doing a more than adequate job!
