This is how I ended up with my black cat.

The Emmys are worthwhile again! (Until next year)

If I remember correctly, I think all the mother said was, "She'll never ride a horse again." Which is true.

The further along she got, I kept saying, "Oh my god, now is not the time. Now is really not the time." Poor Emily.

Oh, Weird NJ. That was so popular when I was in high school.

I've only worked in customer service positions. I don't know what a "holiday" is.

This episode was directed by Guillermo Navarro, who did a lot of Hannibal episodes.

I enjoyed how they kept calling it the "art thing" because I couldn't identify what it was supposed to actually be.

Also of note: Great Episode Title? Or Greatest Episode Title?

And now I guess my weekend will be a The First Avenger/The Winter Soldier doubleheader.

Will the movie explain why a three-piece puzzle was so difficult?

I'm really enjoying this so far. I love the aesthetics. Something about its visual style keeps pinging Breaking Bad, and it makes me happy. (Also, I noticed that Michael Slovis, the DP of Breaking Bad is a producer here. And I know they're filming in Albuquerque.)

I loved that scene. It was fantastic.

I feel like there's a pretty great buddy comedy in Jesse, Cassidy and Emily as roommates.

Oh, okay. I guess I really don't remember much of the comics, and I know I read the first few trades. (I used to work for Barnes & Noble so I'd take them from the shelf and read them on my lunch breaks.)

The location chyrons being almost exactly the same as the ones in Civil War amuses me to no end.

I think they've had to update Eugene's story a bit because he's now too young for Kurt Cobain so the "murderer" might be directed at him.

Because he's a loathsome asshole?

I know she's not his sister, but based on the other stuff going on in this town, that wouldn't surprise me either.

I Googled his first name. Man, that's Irish.
