It makes you wonder if we should worry about Joan. If Bob is in cahoots with someone willing to murder another human to inherit their money, what's to be said for Joan and her baby? Behind that bright smile seem to be clear ulterior motives.

Mmmm Peggy had a baby with Pete eight years ago and gave it away for adoption. Mmmmm.

Alternatively, look at Roger in season four. He lost his biggest account, the agency's biggest account, in Lucky Strike. And chose not to tell anyone, and lied to everyone (successfully) about it coming as a surprise to him. Not only that, but his behavior during the Honda meeting was much worse than that of Don's

I wanted to express, how I was reminded of The Wire, when watching tonight's episode.

You fucking tell me what that socialist pig was doing outside of that house. He's never where you expect him to be, that reptilian shapeshifter.

*cough* The Wire *cough*

Given that Manolo was confirmed to be gay, by Bob, and the two of them both seem to be drifters / con men, I don't think she "fell off", I think it's likely that Pete's suspicions are right.

Hm, that little black boy on the front stoops of Don's childhood home, must've been what, maybe 6 or 7?

Yeah, it's too bad how things are structured, where the guest stars are so apparent in the opening credits. I see Alison Brie and Mark Moses, so I know we're due to see Trudy Campbell and Duck Phillips. That's why I almost kind of prefer how Netflix will crop out the intros, so I have less of an idea what to expect

Implying that I don't already follow the wonderful Mr. Tompkins. I feel that there's a running thread of Earwolf listeners / AV Club commenters / AMC watchers.

Yeah, I just feel this show has had too many of those. Affairs that don't lead to anything too ground-breaking. The Midges, the Rachel Menkens, the Bobby Barretts, the Suzanne Farrells. Storylines that seem to fizzle out.

It's a Dragonball Z thing, actually.

This season seemed to have a lot of unnecessary threads, didn't it?

Why, it was time-traveling Bob Benson of course!

Good eye! I'd just rewatched the entire show and something struck me about that framing.

Peggy, a lay so bad that it'll make you move 2000 miles away.

"Do you want to advertise that?" - Astounded Hershey's Executive

He and Peggy?

Also, that little black boy on the stoops of the whorehouse was Omar from The Wire, right?

Hi folks, Ken Cosgrove here. Last week, here on AV Club, my predictions about the finale were as such:
