Raise your hand if you’re surprised the spokesman for the sheriff’s office recently shared racist “jokes” about the “China flu” online and the actual sheriff is a former Blackwater mercenary.

You know, I stopped watching “DUST EXCLUSIVE” sci-fi shorts years ago because a lot of them were horribly written CGI fests. Thank you so much for doing this short; it really is good work. It’s well-written, the characters are good, the world-building is well-done, etc. Props to the whole team; you deserve all the…
Surprise! Letitia Wright comes from a batshit crazy conservative Christian sect, and has been wearing that shit on her sleeve since Black Panther came out. Anybody who is at all surprised that she turned out to be an anti-vaxxer loon is a moron.
there’s always a tweet from @dril:
Read The Winter War, about the outgoing Hoover Administration’s efforts to hamstring FDR’s programs to save America from the Great Depression. Their fuckery is why the President is now inaugurated in January (before FDR, it was in March).
Conveniently, their dogs serve as good scale models of the size difference between their respective humans.
I really like how this here “feminist” blog decides to devote a profile of a sitting congresswoman to a discussion about her lipstick choices.

The books are superb, and will be monstrously difficult to film.
I just hope they make it as many-layered as the first one. If it’s just another horror miniseries, it’ll be very disappointing (much as I adore Victoria Pedtretti)
That was it! Many thanks.
So, there was a preview here somewhere in Gizmodo (io9? Kotaku?) about an animated series coming up based on Latin American mythology. I have no idea what the series is called, and can’t find it anymore. Can anybody remind me?
ahem. You’re missing furry thirst-trap Capper from the My Little Pony movie. Behold:
I life-size statue of Virginia native Missy Elliot, decked out in her disco-ball track suit from the beginning of the video for Where They From.
Friendly Reminder: Bob’s Burgers was originally going to put the burger joint next to a mortuary, and be popular for “special ingredients” you couldn’t quite put your finger on, but TV execs decided to be squares and nix the idea for being to “dark” or whatever.
I mean, if we’re doing nightmare fuel, there’s always the fucking Wheelies from Return to Oz, the hall of heads, the part with the desert, etc etc.
