I wonder if, tho, low skilled players don’t just rage more in general, not just against woman. I mean, often impulsive and short tempered players score lower because they lack the self control and openness to assimilate mistakes and improve from it. Also, losing all the time IS frustrating

Experienced landlords are often lazy and distant. They are “blasé” and bitter. They lack the energy and helpful enthusiasm of green landlords.

Worst part? If you complain of bedbugs, your landlord can assume you are “patient zero” and make you pay for extermination in the whole complex. Imagine in huge building with 20 units! It can ruins you!

As landlords, I had a couple of friends who had troubles with renters.

Sadly, it is not just college kids that don’t read contracts, it’s a lot of people. I avidly read those, and sometimes those who make those contracts don’t really like me reading them.

I recently moved with roommates and they didn’t understand why, once the furniture was in and everything set up, I started taking picture of every room. I really go in dept, opening cabinets and just taking picture of everything... Just as I took pictures of everything BEFORE moving in.

I think (and that’s just personal observation, no science behind it) that they erotize more the breast than any other part of the body. I have seen woman wear skirt so short you couldn’t tell they were wearing short/skirt... With a turtleneck. Or a huge wool sweater.

Actually, I DID have problems a few times. I think part of it is that I am a gaijin (outsider), part of it because I am a woman.

Also, I don’t know if it’s the same in Japan, but in China, there is a urban legend/myth that white man sperm make breast grow bigger. It make sense (for them!) since white woman usually have larger breast and/or white man usually date bigger breasted woman.
