Judge Orrick was probably one of the worst pulls for the DOJ in the Northern District too. He. Does. Not. Play.

Badly written because the guys who write them, like Bannon and Sessions, don’t have a decent knowledge of the Constitution or how law works.

I just read the decision and it is delicious. The Judge smacked down the Justice Department (and Trump) hard.
