Just a word of caution. Some people develop very severe contact skin rash with tea tree oil. As an emerg physician, I saw a patient that reacted much worse to it than any case of poison ivy I had seen in a 40 year career.

I'll second "The Road Less Travelled". I still have my bad habits and no major personality change, but at least I understand myself and parents actions much better and am more forgiving and understanding of our foibles.
