Most physical therapists and a lot of massage therapists use K-tape. It is great stuff!! Magic. You can buy it yourself (expensive) but it helps to have training to know how to align it with the muscles you want to affect.

When I was in high school I dreamed of when my generation was able to hold political office (I’m 44). I can definitely say I’m disappointed. I know the house and congress are mostly 60+ so not my generation, but yeah I also thought we would be farther along by now. But change is happening, if we can survive the rate!

These buildings last thousands of years and my contractor couldn’t get my stucco to stay up for 10.

I’m 44 and I look at the men my age and I’m like..did you have a rough life? I’m in a rural area so grooming is not as prevalent as in urban areas. But seriously ...it is bad out there. I also see the 40+ guys going for 24 year olds or less. I would feel embarrassed.
