I’m not sure where you’re getting that I said that Nancy Kerrigan wasn’t a victim.

Right, but when a much more than serviceable candidate who is smart, experienced, but not charismatic up to the hilt shows up, they lose. Democrats want it both ways, a charismatic and experienced cantidate, while Republicans don’t care about either charisma or experience, as long as their candidate can hold a pen to

It drives me crazy when people say half the country voted for Trump. (Or Hillary for that matter.)

When’s the last time we’ve even heard from Nancy Kerrigan? If there had been no attack, both of them would have been pretty much completely forgotten. And yet Tonya is back to give interviews and be in the spotlight again.

Hey, she only had 25 years to come up with a story that makes sense. Let’s go easy on her. /s

There’s some doubt as to whether getting the CCR5 stem cells is actually what cured Timothy Brown. He had gotten graft-versus-host disease (where the immune cells of the graft start attacking the immune cells of the host), which they think might have killed his HIV infected immune cells.

I think the postal person knew exactly what was in the package and who/where it was for, but instead of not delivering it at all which would be the safest thing to help keep their job, they decided to “accidentally” deliver it close enough that the message still gets through, but they can still shrug their shoulders

That was one of the theories back in the day. Also that staff were pretending to be trolls, or even that Gawker hired people to troll the forums.

Wasn’t some of the theories when Gawker became inundated with trolls that were never banned that they were either hiring them (trolls), or they were staff trying to increase traffic? I remember people discussing these theories.

I can just imagine him cackling with glee as he gets ready to send it to her: “Bwaa ha ha ha! That’ll show her!”

I think they were saying they agreed that white people want to play oppression olympics and really hold onto the microphone. Wording wasn’t the best.

Well, he likely thought it was a jab. Because he’s dumb.

No. You are not covered in the constitution a right to having a free account on a private companies’ social media platform. Same as if I went into a grocery store and posted hardcore midget porn on their billboard by the entrance that is used to post found/lost and garage sale posters, and the employees keep removing

Apparently, ex-coworkers said they witnessed him watching videos of women actually being killed very similarly and he talked of where is the best place to hide a body, BUT THEY JUST LAUGHED IT ALL OFF.

I was wondering too. I’m no fan of his, but posting an article that’s essentially “Help us do our job of investigating and writing about an alleged comedic sexual predator cuz we’re too lazy” seemed like a pretty unwise choice even for Jezebel.

No. Incitement to encourage discrimination is also legally hate speech. Screaming “Jews won’t replace us!” for instance. And the Nazis were yelling out how Dylan roof was a hero, that more people should take his example. How is that not an attempt to incite violence?

It’s up to the employers to decide if they want people who may or may not be a public relations issue working for them. Companies in states that have at will hiring and firing legally can fire someone for any reason.

Do you know what she was investigating specifically? Something about his past? Where did you read this?
