No. Incitement to encourage discrimination is also legally hate speech. Screaming “Jews won’t replace us!” for instance. And the Nazis were yelling out how Dylan roof was a hero, that more people should take his example. How is that not an attempt to incite violence?

It’s up to the employers to decide if they want people who may or may not be a public relations issue working for them. Companies in states that have at will hiring and firing legally can fire someone for any reason.
