haha... yeah, in theory it works that way, but companies go after anyone who comes close to causing confusion - just find the Nissan computer website vs Nissan the car company article on here. Not to mention that DC probably partners with some toy car company to make (or potentially make) a Nightwing car.

But they would probably owe DC comics a lot of money for the trademark and copyright since they have a character called Nightwing.
