First, there's no such thing as "real" pizza. What constitutes a good or "real" pizza is purely a matter of opinion. I, for one happen to love Chicago style pizza the most, but I don't care what kind of pizza it is as long as I think it's good.

Pizza Hut doesn't fry its crust, they bake it in cast iron pans, IIRC.
