It's still going for another season, so we got about another year of Steven so far. This don't mean that it won't be renewed for another season or two, which I hope it does, as ending at a seventh season would great in my opinion.

It's partially got to do with that many are kids, and at that stage between just about teen to teenager you're at an emotional level of growing up where you don't fully understand the repercussions of your responses (although there are many exceptions).
