I don't think he was willing to lose it; he was confident that Chuck (and/or Kim) could convince Jimmy to turn it over to HHM.

I get the impression that Howard is still a dick (see his initial reaction to Kim's questioning), just not for the reasons we may have assumed. I picture him as being not conflicted in the slightest over giving Jimmy the shaft - twice - even if it wasn't his idea.
I didn't know that. But every time I look at Nacho, I just see Vaas from FarCry 3.
Certainly there are others, but Chuck had all the pull at HHM. Jimmy could take the case elsewhere, and with the magnitude of it get what he wanted, but my sense was, if he was going to go be part of some firm, he wanted it to be HHM. Both to work with his brother and to make Howard suck it.
It's a flat out bad show. It's just worse if you're familiar with the source material.
It should focus more on a better interpretation of Walker than the one we're given here.
She's hands down the best part of FOTB.
Never watched Justified, but I have to assume it didn't need to be designed to be accessible to children as well as adults…
I also think a lot of people are overlooking that Louis' advice wasn't really about girls to begin with. He was literally reframing his restaurant strategy in the context of a relationship.
I knew I recognized it! ;-)
What Kingofmadcows says below. Putting it on hold had nothing to do with that talk he had with Steve, and everything to do with discovering the project might be compromised, when he himself was locked out of the files (on his own authority, according to the computer).
Plus, Bag Lady Nails was free and living on her own, despite murdering some people, and she had to be talked into joint Crazy Daddy & Company, AND she suggested just leaving SHIELD alone before Paul Atreides' rallying speech over breakfast.
That's my point. I'm not saying you're wrong (I don't watch Flash); I'm saying it's a sad state of affairs that this is the case.
COMMANDER or ADMIRAL Adama, if you please. Captain Adama is his useless son.
"Girl should be an action star stat. Get on it Hollywood."
The fact that the Weather Wizard is being held up as the standard for super villainy is the only sign I need that the End Times are upon us.
"While the DC properties on television seem sort of willing and eager to dive face-first into a world where the people with powers actually become competent in the use of said powers and actually achieve full-blown supervillain(hero) status in short order, the MCU still seems sort of hidebound to the 90's/early 00's…
It's also almost exactly (minus the suicide reference) what Kim said to them, right before Betsy fired her.
Everybody knew Chuckie was used. I thought the PD specified that, due to the sheer volume of heroin involved, there was no way they could just let Chuckie walk (unless Carl copped a plea); and Carl pled guilty. The judge gave Chuckie the absolute minimum that she could.
I remember watching the Buster Douglas fight in disbelief, as I'd long since decided Tyson was undefeatable.
