I liked Mickey's "HE'S FAMILY!" line, and then immediately wondered why that doesn't extend to doing something about the guy that lives in his house and beats his sister to a pulp…

The fact that you think Iron Man is the second worst of all Marvel films just means I can't take anything else you say seriously.
I'd agree with divisive. Most people I know either loved IM3 (me) or hated it. I don't recall many "meh" votes. Critics reviews of these films are largely meaningless, pro or con.
Yeah, I was sitting there at the end thinking, "THIS is the movie G.I. Joe Retaliation SHOULD have been!"
It's spelled "Ape-ist". You could see it on the cover of the scripts when Penny and Leonard were running lines.
If you'd watched it, you probably wouldn't call it "Reaganite military propaganda."
Fortress Maximus was easily twice the size of Metroplex. Size was the compensation for them both absolutely sucking as Transformers.
There were at least a half-dozen female characters, which sounds (and is) paltry, until you remember that women weren't allowed in combat back then, and these ladies were flying jets and throwing down with ninjas and cyborgs every afternoon.
The party-throwing girls and her friends were sophomores, and Manny is a brain; I assumed they had classes together and that's why she didn't know Luke.
I loved all the little one liners in this episode, especially Lily's critique of the cake-topper: "I guess he ran out of soap before he got to ME…"
Working in NYC, I will now be keeping a closer lookout fr the magic portals that would allow Artie access to most of the subway stations. "Wheelchair accessible" is far from the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the MTA…
Not to mention "future self gets killed" isn't even original for a Bruce Willis movie…
How is this not an April Fool's joke?
"This is a bullshit psyche job! There's 2 or 3 men out there at most. Fuckin' lizard!"
A slim prequel book blown out into three massive movie "events"? What will they think of next?
Almost everything about OUAT sounds suspiciously like Fables, yet they adamantly maintain that it's totally NOT a rip-off of Fables.
No argument there.
Oh, wow, my little brother was hospitalized with Kawasaki when he was 3. Don't remember him having a roommate, but you're the only other person I've come across who's had it.
The problem with Frank coming out a new man is that a liver transplant doesn't cure you of addiction. And Frank has never shown one INKLING of a desire to reform. (This is why they don't give real-world Franks organ transplants, and why I'm taking this storyline with a boulder-sized grain of salt.)
I think Frank's apology to "Fiona" was the setup for his ultimate sendoff. (Though I think he just signed a contract for next season…)
