Maybe not cut short, but still too soon.

There's no "protecting" going on. He brought the coke over, sure. She threw him out, and it got left there. Fiona saw it, proceeded to NOT throw it out, turn it in, or otherwise dispose of it (now guilty of possession herself), then partake of it herself, let others (Kevin) partake of it, with minors, in the house,

Agreed. My favorite moment was when I got fed up with being jerked and/or threatened around by Caesar, so I just murdered him and the rest of the Legion mid-questline.

***cough*** Boxing ***cough***

I sympathized with Lord Business (the only reason my LEGO SSD isn't super-glued together is that I feared making a mistake), and I still loved it. Business' character is part of the reason I think it resonated so well with me: as a kid, I was all about creating from the imagination (though it probably helps that 80s

"And probably should have never begun anything with Fiona as she sent up a billion red flags" and also because she, y'know, works for him…

Ian will likely get off because he's a minor (which the army doesn't know yet) and wasn't technically eligible to join the military in the first place, so the AWOL stuff goes out the window. And (according to Ian) he didn't "steal" a helicopter, he just started up the rotors, which makes sense since he doesn't know

And I was floored by the look Lip was giving her in the hospital scene. So much conveyed without a single spoken word.

Frank can't take the rap for her. He wasn't there when Liam OD'd, and Fiona admitted to the EMT's that Liam had snorted "her" coke.

I'm old enough, and Jose is correct on both counts. Re: Arnie Freeze, Batfans didn't care, and non-fans thought it was awesome (the casting announcement, NOT the movie. Everyone hated that).

I should go back and re-watch this episode. I had the same reaction that everyone else had - that he was pissed about the 77, but Jay See's interpretation makes a lot more sense for someone as pragmatic as Lip.

I agree…until I saw the previews for next week…

Sure, but those college students aren't Lip Gallagher. I didn't, neither did any of my high school friends, and we're not anywhere near as smart as Lip is portrayed. Yeah, there was a different level of expectations, but from straight-As (or the capability for such; I can't recall if Lip was actually showing up/doing

And it bears repeating that Lip isn't so much struggling with the academic rigors as NOT TRYING AT ALL. When you first open the book for a subject you've never taken (no macroecon in ghetto high schools) 15 minutes before the class (and also don't care at all about the subject), it's not surprising that you get a D,

Not covered in the episode, but the interesting part is that, in reality, Frank would never be approved for the donor list because of his condition. He would literally have to find someone willing to donate specifically to him - hence, one of the kids.

I had the exact same thought; I was even expecting Abed to say as much.

I used to work there. Trust me, it's nothing to get excited about.

Am I imagining things, or can you totally still make out Chris Pratt's GOTG superhero-physique, despite Parks' trying to hide it under baggy clothes?

Well, that and the fact that he's playing Minecraft and ignoring his way-out-of-his-league girlfriend. When did Shameless hire ex-BBT writers? While fans of the GoT of course run the gamut, do you know any non-nerds that actually own the t-shirts? The only ones I know are HBO employees… ;-)

I disagree. He *IS* that smart, as evidenced by all the things he's done in past seasons that demonstrate his intellect. No kid who can ace the SAT repeatedly for spending money is getting a D in freshman English because he isn't smart enough. The problem is that he's never been in a situation where he needed to use
