We live really close to the 34th st Macy’s. I realized I needed a shirt for an interview that was coming up, so went there, hoping to find *something* to wear.

Yikes. I would be sad to see it go, as a New Yorker who would rather walk on shattered glass than step foot in there but who appreciates it as an icon of our city.

Macy’s has been a trash place to shop for years now. All those brands, but not one that’s appealing once you’re inside that store.

Oooh thanks for the tip! I get that after awhile being Tonya Tryhard would be exhausting, especially when you’re as talented as she is - and she more than deserves the opportunity to evolve as an artist - but I could totally see this being true.

I really hope I’m wrong, but I think the most we’ll get is a Born this Way singalong. The whole Joanne/Budlight/Dive bar tour makes me think she’s reaching for a...”broader”audience.
