I’m 5’1” and my boyfriend is 6’3”. I have this dream of there being an 8-inch retractable step built into the bottom cabinets. Like, you’d kick a brass kickplate and a spring-loaded step would pop out. It would be awesome.

I was wondering the same thing! Totally going to try this, since I have a Foreman grill that hasn't seen much use since lately. I bet you could slice the tofu brick longways and fit both halves on the grill to get them nice and crispy. Mmmm.
