The difference between low orbit and beyond earth orbit is in the mission specific upper stages of the vehicle.
If you haven't plotted what the upper stage will be then you've only got a lower stage that throws 130 tons into orbit. Unfortunately there are no orbital missions that need 130 ton boosters at this time, and

Well, you could technically call it a feet forward motorcycle.
But yea, it doesn't look much like the Akira bike.

The military has plans for dealing with everything from alien invasions to annexation of Canada (You thought we got over the burning of the white house, didn't you?). I refuse to believe they don't have a plan for dealing with Isis or Putin.

I more think this is politics. Obama would rather say he has no plan than

I need a tank, a free tank, but I don't have a police department.
Is there a program for that?

I promise I'll take good care of it.
Doesn't even have to be a big tank, so long as its free.

If you have not designed the payload, you do not know for sure how much it might weigh. there's some serious questions to be answered about radiation protection and maintaining a spaceships living environment for years. We still aren't even sure what it takes to land a habitat of undefined size on mars.

Its a risky assumption.
A real mission would start with deciding what the destination is so they can specify the payload and then build a system appropriate to transport it. Since we haven't put any money into the mission its a pure guess whether the final rocket will have the right profile for the job.

There's a third person element when your in town.
First person has everyone wearing helmets anyway, so facial customization is really for admiring your own character.

Gizmodo girl: One orgasm, a million headlines.

More like trying to get in good with sony. The ones getting the finger are PC players.
Microsoft kept Bungie alive and returned it to independence. So far its used that new found freedom to further embed itself with the console market.

That's not the normal way of things, these days.

Don't make the same mistake they did with submarines.
Don't sideline combat capable vehicles for surveillance or other tomfoolery when you've still got men going in harms way on politically complicated missions.
Use those drones for the weapons platform everyone realizes they are.

Guns are about a thousand years old (give or take a few centuries) so the act of using them as noisemakers probably goes back a while. Using automatic weapons just kicks it up a notch.

Alot of foreign countries already have gun regulations, but no one seems to care.
So instead of detuned civilian weapons or blanks,

It seems unnecessary from a technical aspect, as the game plays just fine without it.
From an experience standpoint tho, there's not that much game (old characters on buggies... yea whatever) until you start bringing all these little elements together.
That's what takes it to being epic, and as other game makers

That or a mateba maybe.
I was more thinking an SW500 or raging judge might be cheaper for a similar shooting experience, tho.

Ok, I giggled alot harder than I expected to...

I think at this point the cops are just too overly armed for the job they were given.
This unprovoked escalation of theirs is going to drive the public to do unsavory things in response.

Piracy results from the target ships being unarmed and left vulnerable to any passerby. Deal with the problem at its root and you don't have to sail the ocean blowing up random ships.

That said, I can think of a few islands that would love an efficient high speed ferry if they just need to sell boats.

Please, don't tease me. I've been wanting one of these for too long...

I bought a dozen for my bitcoin farm...
...Is the sort of thing I wouldn't be surprised to read.

Actually its probably a combination of reasons. Lots of people in the east were hanging on to old hardware, lots in the west jumping at the lower price, a few in between would be actual gamers.

a lot of it is misguided moral ideals for the sake of popularity.

It's the little moments in space sims that I love.
