The entirety of this decision is in limbo while the SCOTUS seat is at stake. This election, this issue, turns many transgender people like me into single-issue voters this election, but none of the Democratic candidates seem to see that, really.

Perhaps it’s because they spend 0% of the time on the campaign trail…

I don’t know if I agree. We were occupied in 1898 by an American intrusion, so there’s that. And there was plenty of resistance that was systematically silenced (lookup the Ponce Massacre).
