It's exactly what "google isn't that hard" means, which you did say. I have a problem with both things, tbh. You both failed to explain anything useful and while providing the non-explanation you did give, you used a shitty word.

Fair criticism, I definitely have spent 0 time solving the problem.
If you're not teaching class, why bother responding to a question?
I get the concept, and I'm not on the other side of the issue. I just don't try to explain things like this academically to anybody who isn't already well versed in the subject. Nobody talks about "Gay Theory", they say "Gays are people too!" or "Let them be as miserable as the rest of us!".
Woah, definitely won't go to Brazil with my trans-bros...
If most of "society" considers social constructs interchangeable then surely they are, outside of academic settings? The word "theory" that you used doesn't mean the same thing to anyone who isn't a scientist as it does in formal science settings. Science teachers waste a ton of time trying to explain that, but…
I almost agree. But that's a harder concept than algebra for a 5th grader who has only ever been exposed to one and who, as the story goes, has a grandpa who is actively teaching intolerance.
I don't know about you, but I happen to know for a fact that young boys routinely fantasize about girls locker rooms and bathrooms as being some magical land of lingerie clad pillow fights. It's not difficult to imagine his motivation, especially if he doesn't get the program about trans folks and viewed the situation…
I once had an earth science teacher who assigned us a group project to make a building from construction paper and packing tape that would withstand 30 seconds on the little vibrating plate machines. Had to be 15 inches tall and bonus points if you made it taller, spires counted. My group consisted of the three least…
I'm in much the same boat as you, my advice to such parents is always "Don't spare the rod and let them fail. Then let them know they failed and make them do it again because "I know you can do better than this." Tell them you 'love' them multiple times a day, but never say 'I'm proud' unless they earn it."
Buy up some used college textbooks and give them to the kid. And teach him to use an index. If bro has any interest in any of the books then you can expect subject matter mastery within a couple months.
Aren't babushkas(Did I spell that right?) a really well known cultural symbol in large parts of the region? I can't think of anything that shouts "russian" to me more than a babushka wearing old lady next to a dude with a goatee and a fur hat, probably made from a bear he fought to death bare handed.
I disagree. Both former partners should absolutely be penalized for failing to maintain the marriage relationship, which the state has a vested interest in(stable families = better economy, higher quality offspring, fewer residences to spy on, etc...). Spousal support should be replaced with an extra tax to the…
You'll get sued if you say that on wall street
If ever there were an agency that could use some good, old-fashioned budget cuts, it's the IRS.
Probably interest. The tax man levies HUGE penalties on late tax payments.
Japan had been warring with itself for ages while feudal lords jockeyed for dominance. I'll grant that they were kind of doing their "leave us the fuck alone" thing for a hot minute, but we all know it was going to have been military domination of everyone they could have managed it against once isolationism ended.
Are you surprised? They shop around for wang by using labels like "Power Top" and "Power Bottom".
All those countries would do the same thing given the strategic opportunity
