I mean that’s a huge plot point, yes, but by and large it’s a sci-fi mystery thriller with a monster, psychic powers and alternate dimensions. If that’s not your cup of tea than I don’t know what to tell you, I’m just saying there’s a reason people are enjoying it. It resonated deeply with me.

Can’t imagine how you haven’t heard much about it, though it has only been out for a few days. Netflix has indeed put a lot into this show, and people on every website I go to have been raving about it (myself included). It’s a supremely good series that’s worth the attention and praise.
