Johnson’s wonderfully independent-minded publicity tour for Madame Web made it clear that the finished project was not what she had signed on for.

She was incredibly funny in the sitcom Ben & Kate, which really played to her dry and awkward style. She doesn’t seem to have a lot of range though, and she keeps ending up in roles that really aren’t written right at her.

I got a Parks & Rec notification for this?! I’ve never been happier!

The thing is, Rowling was perfectly likable before she randomly decided to make “trans people want to rape me in the bathroom” her entire personality.

“Won’t somebody PLEASE think of the transphobes!”

Wot am I playing this weekend?

Yeah, he ain’t wrong. Like, most everything CW put out was schlock, but it was fun schlock, and sometimes they had a genuine gem (well, at least until they inevitably ran it way too long and things got weird and/or bad... and sometimes even that was fun to see how wild things could get). And as cable dies its slow

AI might not be going away, but I’m not sure it’s getting better.

what u mad about, that collab would slap

The Henson Company are good sports. They hooked local developers up with a demolition guy who’s fast and affordable.

For bonus points, Peppermint went up directly against Rambo himself in Last Blood, and actually managed to top it in offensive evil Mexicans.

Could we ever, for once, have a character who *isn’t* a special forces veteran? Maybe someone who worked in the motor pool or was a stock controller in a military food warehouse? Does everyone who retires from the US military now get counselling about how they will immediately be thrown into conflict through no fault

There’s never been a planet Janet hasn’t seen.

they wanted to remove anything queer? So T.V. Carpio’s “I wanna hold your hand” would have been out, and thats my favourite scene in the movie. Good job Julie!

Okay, that’s cool and all but why did you use a still from an Aphex Twin video as the header image?

Whenever I see a story like this I’m just so grateful I managed to quit driving.

Underrated show. And now I’m gonna be singing “Daddy’s Boy” all day so thanks for that.

Why would he blame himself for a successful show that was only canceled because his bosses at the time were cowards?  Also, maybe tell Sullivan to not propagate 'racial IQ' bullshit if he doesn't want to be branded as a racist.

Sorry, but I hate stances like this one. Sure, corporations will likely always exist but why do we have to accept the status quo of how they operate if it actively makes the world a worse place? It’s okay to want to improve things.
