I feel the same way,  I get a better reading on the flavor.  Especially on Asian and Mexican dishes. 

I prefer cold fried chicken. I can handle cold pizza a lot better than most people, though I like it room temperature.

I don’t think the study, or at least the part I read about the study, mentioned why. It did mention it didn’t even need to be a credit card logo from the card the customer was using, just that it wasn’t plain.

Maybe because other first ladies were doing shit and had causes, so they didn’t really have time to shoot the shit with the staff.   And she would probably rather talk to her staff than with her husband or Mama Pence. 

The difference is that the government isn’t setting the price on the piece of equipment.  The issue isn’t simple because while some groups benefit from the raise in minimum wage, others don’t, and I am not talking about the business owners.

They mentioned the shoulder touch, and also said that waitresses who had one piece of, I hate to say flair, but something like a flower in the hair, got larger tips. Where I live, the State sets the price at retail and you are not allowed to go below the minimum price. Most all places charge the minimum price and you are not allowed to discount it for volume or any reason below that price.
