I’m glad your kid has a supportive family.

I’m parent to two trans kids (one FTM and one nonbinary). You’re doing great. None of us is perfect; forgive yourself an occasional slip-up. Your son sounds lucky to have you.

I think a parent like you gives me hope. I’m over three years into my transition and have reached the conclusion that my parents will never truly understand and will always have reservations.
