yup. sold my last street bike about 7 years back or so, I wont buy another one. Dirt only for me anymore. Street is too damn dangerous anymore. It’s a shame because I used to love a good Saturday morning cruise around town just to feel some wind. 

I got to drive a C5 T2 once. It had upsized turbos and heavy duty suspension, and was an absolute riot. The noise it made was both deafening and heavenly. I wanted to take it home so bad.

Hopefully they move it to an accessible location. Maybe into Anchorage, or just outside of the city on a hiking trail.

as 95 bronco owner, I think this is ugly. I hadn’t seen the sport pictures yet. What i’ve seen of the new full size bronco looks intriguing to me, but this does not.

Living at 10,000 feet in a mining town, I would daily drive the hell out of this thing. Like I stole it!! In a city though, i’d bet it would suck.

It’s kinda ugly, but lower it, wider wheels, engine swap, delete the interior, and it might make a cool mini-truck. You’d just need to put $17k into a $12k truck ;)

I run my MR2 spyder with either studded blizzaks or studded Hankook Winter I Pike. It’s a tank. Traction when I need it, slip only when I want it. Absolute gem to drive around Colorado mountains with good winter tires.

Don’t sweat it. I live at 10k feet in Colorado and run studded Winters from October through June. Some of that time is certainly on warm, dry roads, especially when I drive into Denver.

I drive my MR2 spyder in snow with the top down all the time. Leave the side windows up, turn on the heater, and you can’t really tell.
