Until 6 months ago, I usually slept like a log for 7 to 8h. Since then though, my sleep has been choppy, waking up several times during the night, and often for just 5 to 6h. It's been wreaking havoc in my productivity, stamina and mood. Any helpful tip would be much appreciated.
