Started off annoyed, and ended up liking it… well, easily more than anything else this season, maybe more than anything for a few seasons back. I do wish that Lisa had played a more important role in the in-Lego-verse resolution, and that might knock it all the way down to just a B+ in my book, but that fact that I'm

I'm surprised you gave this one such a good rating. A few funny gags, sure, but overall an ill-conceived (no pun intended), meandering mess of an episodes, in which none of the characters were remotely relatable and nothing paid off at all. Probably my least favorite episode so far in this uneven season.

The frustrating thing here was that it had the seeds of a much, much better episode, which was not allowed to grow. I wouldn't normally post something like this, but the way to fix the episode ocurred to me so quickly, seemed SO obvious, that I have to write it out.
- Save the Snake/Bart/Milhouse story for another

It happens from time to time on Doctor Who, and it is always annoying. Doesn't help that the dialogue doesn't always take idiomatic differences into account.
