Not only is it a Flash gallery, but it's on a whiny "please white-list us" webpage that throws out super-distracting ads around the content.

Short version: on a gallery with ten entries, you probably pass by the same add ten times. Therefore, they can sell that adspace ten times.

The plot involves an audio alien sound transmission that is being decoded by a team of linguists/code-breakers. The 'main character' is supposedly a grad student cryptographer that is a big fan of the team leader's prior work. Because she's so obsessed with the team leader's work, she makes an audio diary (which is

Dude, murder mysteries are so 2014. Podcasts are all about missing persons cases this year.

The Message was short, I'll give it that. It wasn't incredibly unique or well-acted, either. I was audibly (ha ha) groaning when the "TWIST" came; why would that character behave that way if the TWIST is true? It's just really dumb and poorly thought out.

Andy did seem pretty non-chalant about Aunt Deb leaving with her "partner" in the RV. I think he's more confused and small-c "conservative" (why can't everything just stay the way it was?) than really bigoted.

In continuity, the Golden Turd story ends when Jesus gives it to Roger to power his flying saucer so they can get to New York to fight the Antichrist (damn, this is a weird show). However, everything from when Roger originally pooped it out to when Jesus's men found it in Boca Raton is still being revealed.

We still don't know a lot about the other human characters in the good place, so maybe they do worry about not seeing their loved ones again. Or maybe those that make it there are good but lack awareness (like how Tahani is unaware of how arrogant she is). Chidi seems like the only good pure caring human we've met so

It's very hard to make rape funny. Just saying that word in a comedy would drag the show to a screeching halt.

If I were to guess, I would imagine that a second season of the show would touch on the seeming banality of the Good Place. After all, how can one truly be happy if there is nothing to do? This is Michael's first attempt at a neighborhood. Maybe other neighborhoods have super fun Valhalla-style battles in them.

"Sick Boy" was Jonny Lee Miller in Trainspotting.

THE INTERNET'S GOT THE SCOOPS!

Is PWInsider still lousy with popup ads? I'm too afraid to click on the link.

I don't agree with you on much, Hulkster, but I think we can all agree that no one likes Jeff Jarrett.

I do understand why, though. CN only aired a new episode every three months or so, making sustained interest hard.

I'm sorry: you lost me at "Ransom Riggs." Is he a daring adventurer that barely manages to pull himself out of the way of danger every week?

Don't act like there aren't still variant covers out there. It seems like every month, there's a new thematic variant out there. For instance, I think Marvel's on their second or third month of "hip-hop covers with Marvel characters" variant covers.

I'm not sure it even still is popular anymore. It and Adventure Time have all but disappeared from reruns. I imagine that's why CN produces so many episodes so quickly: they expect a high turnover of viewers.

It depends on when she was born, though. If she predates America, then I don't think the law applies to her.

I'm apparently not the first, but I will say this episode reminded me a lot of FLCL, even down to Mike Krol's band sounding like the pillows.
