That was terrible. For minute I was actually going to give them a golf clap for killing off April. But then well she's not dead. Sigh.

Best episode of the season. Really hated the fact that we lost Ballon so quickly. Who knew that a character could make such an impact so quickly? He and Quill had a great dynamic. I wonder it we'll be seeing his sister if the show gets renewed.
Lena Waithe wrote it and my understanding is it is somewhat autobiographical, so no wonder it felt authentic!
My favorite episode of the season hands down.
- The multi year format
- seeing the origin of the friendship between Dev and Denise
- Dev being a de facto member of Denise's family
- Dev yelling across the table at Grandma
- NipplesAndToes23
- "Where did the second 'D' come from?"
- Angela Bassett. Angela Bassett. Angela…
Yeah, I loved everything about the season EXCEPT the romance with Francesca. I did like the other romance stuff, like the 'First Date' episode, or Arthur's woe over his ex at the wedding, or even Dev's brief but tantalizing encounter with the pretty Biritish woman in the first episode. I eve liked Franscesca in the…
My second favorite episode of the season. I loved the cab drivers and the women in the diner and their impromptu party. It was fun and infectious and feels authentic.
But in the context of the episode it didn't come out of nowhere. Like the recap mentioned and like the episode demonstrated, a lot of people have inner thoughts about a lot of things they censor or would not act out externally.
I was actually liking this show i a mindless Saturday matinee way and enjoyed the dynamic of the group. But then this episode. Sigh. They had to just regurgitate the same old trope found in so many dystopian YA urban fantasy books. A white girl, a sword, new convenient powers developing every time she needs them,…

crisis that lands in their shared social justice jurisdiction"
Probably my favorite episode of the series. It was complex and fun and encompassed both comedy and tragedy so effortlessly.
I think this is somewhat deliberate since CoCo herself has kinda of segregated herself from the black students .. except Troy's group. She didn't want to live in Armstrong-Parker. Since she had her blow up with Sam and ditched the black sorority, she has pretty much hung out with a white posse of girls. She doesn't…
I loved this installment. Coco is a survivor and I agree that it is great that the show did not judge her choice but rather illuminated them.
Not my favorite installment of the series but, man, oh man, Troy's ass!!! You could bounce a quarter off of that and it'll hit you in your eye. Holy cow.
Amelia by 1,000 miles. Maggie isn't even a blip on the Amelia annoyance meter.
Wow. I thought I was the only person who was still bitter twenty years later about Lone Star's lack of love in the awards circuit.
I just saw one today… a banking institution I think? I didn't pay attention becausce I was gobsmacked by the couple. And it was a romantic commercial. It showed them going to school together holding hands as little kids, then riding skateboards as pre-teens, then going to high school an then college and finally as…
I guess I am the cheese that stands alone. But I couldn't stand this.
“It wasn’t about you, Maggie” and truer words have never been spoken in the history of Grey’s Anatomy.
Shonda Rhimes has such a gift for creating strong female characters we
would follow right off a cliff—Olivia Pope, Annalise Keating—why does
brilliant cardiac surgeon Maggie have to be such a child-woman? More
importa…
I am partial to the Gay Wedding Advice skit. I mean, come on, that gay wedding this family imagine sounds kinda fun. SKittles!
Having only been initially introduced to both Desiigner (who I thought was actually someone named Panda) and Future t the BET awards, I was reminded again at the MTV awards that they are not, in fact, the same person.
