Woah, his is a MAJOR no-no. In any case, the dev kit will be useless unless it’s activated, which can only be done when you’re an official dev, so I doubt it’s much use anyhow. Even if it’s activated, it’ll be of use for a maximum of around 90 days, but it’s probably already expired if its been sat in storage... Can’t…
