I'm right there with you. I enjoyed the first season of DD, in part because it didn't feel much like the MCU and it was much more down-to-Earth with tight storytelling. The second season started off okay, but quickly fell a part into a mess of poor writing, plot lines to nowhere, ridiculous developments… it was a

You can recover from doing a bad show as an actor, but it's a lot harder to do so when you publicly pout, bitch and moan about how the critics are treating that show unfairly and how amazing you are.

And Avatar 5!

I've never been interested in comic books and am largely disinterested in the MCU, but my husband loves any show tied to Marvel so I've seen all of them, and most of the movies. Ultimately, I did enjoy the first season of DD for being so far removed from the superhero world of the Avengers and feeling relatively down

It reminded my husband and I of Archer in the way that it seems a bit 'unstuck' from time.

I wish he'd change the format for a bit more monologue, straight up comedy myself but I completely disagree with you about his interviewing skills. I consider Colbert to be, by far, the most talented interviewer in Late Night television - his cleverness, wit and the speed at which he deploys them can make the most

A historical anthology series with its first season being about the Romanovs, complete with Rasputin and the Bolshevik Revolution? AWESOME!

Additionally, the original Pew article I posted was just a brief discussion of findings from their most recent research. They have some longer, interesting articles on the topic including this one: http://www.people-press.org…

The second section addresses the broader trend, and it should be noted that this is a trend rather than something that has always been true but over the past couple decades there has been a consistently increasing percentage of college educated people who hold 'consistently liberal beliefs' ; from the article:

There have been numerous statistical studies over the years - professors, especially those in social sciences and humanities, tend to be much more liberal than the average person in the USA.

It is interesting that the more educated a person is, the more likely they are to be a liberal… So, perhaps the solution to Secretary Devos's problem with liberal professors are to ban people with PhDs from teaching! Maybe make it so you can't teach at the university level unless you have an Associate's Degree or

Lucky? Happy? Lyrically it's rather dark and depressing, and the early claim that "I feel my luck could change" is pretty much shown to be a hopeless wish by the dark undertones of the song…

I seriously expected Lincoln to be the 'boyfriend' and was really taken aback when it was revealed to be Ward; had it been Lincoln I could of seen this as turning into an attempt to make Daisy want to stay in the Framework - that won't happen with Ward.

I absolutely love Archer, one of my all-time favorite shows (the only comedy and only animated one at that) - and is easily the show with the most repeat viewings I've ever watched… I still find the comedy hilarious 10 viewings in!

A pretty good selection of episodes, though the 3-part 'Heart of Archness' should have been included as a piece. Next to Lo Scandalo, it is my personal favorite episode(s) of the entire series. Archer Vice has been my favorite season overall, but it doesn't have any particular episode that stands out as an obvious

Amy Adams definitely should have been nominated. Still, I am happy that Arrival has gotten nominations for other top awards - it's nice to see a science fiction film being taken seriously at the Oscars even if it won't be winning many.

I'm really disappointed that this is being made. I'm all for Disney making many more Star Wars movies outside of the 'trilogy of trilogies' but I really wish that those falling outside the '9 core movies' focused on characters that weren't from those core movies. I don't want a movie about Han Solo's backstory.

I dunno, but It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been doing well on FXX since it moved there 4 years ago so it doesn't mean instant death. Plus, Archer has been renewed for a final 3 seasons of 8 episodes each (Dreamland being the first of the final 3).

Season 5 is actually my favorite, followed by season 3. Season 6 is the low point thus far, in my opinion. Season 7 was good but still a bit lacking overall. However, the humor, the chemistry between the top-notch cast and the animation all remain so even if it has passed it's best seasons I don't think Archer will
